I am a Relate trained and licensed counsellor experienced in providing relationship counselling.
Another service I provide is work related counselling for Employment Assistance Providers (EAP).
My theoretical approach is integrative, drawing on lots of theoretical approaches, including psychodynamic, systemic, person-centred, T.A., C.B.T. skills, brief/solution-focused.
I have over 13 years counselling experience of both individuals and couples.
